Most Cancún catamaran “companies” are booking pages. When you message us you are talking to the people who run the boats: we operate our own vessels out of Marina Marazul, we know which captain is on which hull tomorrow, and we can say yes or no to a date without phoning anyone.
That is also why we can be flexible. Move the departure by an hour, add a stop, change the playlist, bring a cake — these are decisions we make with you, not requests we forward to a supplier.
We keep the daily charter count low so the crews are not stretched. A captain, a mate and a snorkelling guide on every boat, bilingual, with years of experience in the Bahía de Mujeres. It is the reason our guests write the reviews they do.
Departures run from Marina Marazul, Avenida Puerto Juárez, Cancún, Quintana Roo. The legal entity behind the brand is Servicios Heidern S.A. de C.V., a registered Mexican tour operator.
